electric vehicle assembly production line
The electric vehicle assembly production line is a highly automated and specialized production line, designed specifically to meet the needs of large-scale electric vehicle production. Its design fully takes into account space utilization, logistics efficiency, and operational convenience, while also complying with industry fire protection and environmental protection standards.
In terms of layout, the production line adopts a straight plate chain conveyor line design. The plate chain is made of pressed steel plates fixed on two chains, and is assembled in combination according to workstations. It has functions such as bearing heavy loads and installing accessories. The speed can be set between 0.5 - 10 meters per minute, and it can also achieve electronic speed regulation or variable frequency speed regulation to adapt to different production rhythms and process requirements. The conveyor line body consists of a transmission device, conveyor line body, fixture, split control cabinet, and top cover to ensure the efficient flow of materials and semi-finished products.
In terms of the production process, it starts with the feeding of parts. After strict quality inspection, they enter the production line. In the assembly stage, workers and automated robotic arms work together to accurately install key components such as the vehicle frame and wheels. After assembly, the vehicles enter the inspection and debugging area, and through multi-dimensional tests such as braking, electrical, and power, to ensure that the performance meets the standards. Finally, after cleaning and packaging, the vehicles are sent to the market.
